Structured Cabling Technician
Tyler, TX · Field / Travel
Install, terminate, test, and document fiber and copper systems in commercial and federal facilities. CommScope or BICSI credentials a plus; we will train the right person.
Requirements
- 2+ years low-voltage or structured cabling experience
- Comfortable with lifts, ladders, and occupied-space work
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation
Network Engineer
Tyler, TX · Hybrid
Design and deploy routing, switching, and wireless for enterprise and federal clients. You will own environments end to end rather than working a ticket queue in isolation.
Requirements
- CCNA required; CCNP or equivalent preferred
- Hands-on with enterprise routing, switching, and WLAN
- Clear written documentation habits
- Willingness to travel for cutovers
Service Desk Technician (Tier 1–2)
Tyler, TX · On-site
First point of contact for our managed services clients. Triage, resolve, escalate — and write it down so the next person does not start from zero.
Requirements
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Windows and Microsoft 365 administration basics
- Customer-facing composure under pressure
Cybersecurity Analyst
Tyler, TX · Hybrid
Support ZTNA/SASE deployments, NIST 800-171 readiness work, and continuous monitoring for federal and commercial clients.
Requirements
- Security+ required; CySA+ or CISSP a plus
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 / CMMC
- Experience with identity-driven access controls
- U.S. citizenship required for certain contracts
